Guitar teachers in Northampton
My name is Lee Kenny and in 2009 I set up Guitar School Northampton. Prior to this I’d played guitar from the age of 9 and spent much of my teens playing in local bands. In 2003 I was awarded a HND in Music Production through University College Northampton and in 2006 I was awarded a BA in Popular Music & Music Technology through The University of Derby. Around 2004, during my time at Derby University, I started teaching students at their homes and later from the music store PMT Northampton.
After 4 years of building a strong student base in the Northampton area it was clear to me that there was not only high demand for quality, professional and friendly guitar lessons, but many students wanted a place where they could be away from the distractions of home life when learning their instrument and an environment where they could meet and play music with like minded peers.
Here at Guitar School Northampton we have fully equipped teaching studios, qualified and friendly teachers, 13 years experience of delivering one 2 one tuition, 100% pass rate with RGT@LCM exams up to grade 8 and a thriving community of musicians which is best illustrated in the band workshops that we run for our younger students. If you’re looking for the best guitar lessons in Northampton or online, look no further.
